You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

If you already use www.patientaccess.com you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Out of area registration scheme

The out of area registration scheme launched by the government is voluntary and this practice has chosen to participate in this scheme. This means we are  able to register patients living outside our catchment area, however this is discretionary and may not be appropriate for all patients. Please speak to one of our receptionists for more information

New Patient Registration

If you wish to register you can do so but we suggest you contact us either in person on by telephone 0208 491 3310 to clarify that you are within our catchment area (see above tab) and to be advised of the regsitration process.

You will be registered with the partnership but if you wish to see a doctor of your choice you are able to do so.

If you are taking regular repeat medication please advise the receptionist when you attend to register so that we can ensure an appointment is made with the doctor before your prescription is due.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

New Patient Health Checks

All patients registering with the practice will be offered a new patient health check with either our nurse or healthcare assistant. Depending on your needs this may simply involve giving general lifestyle advice, or might require examination and assessment of your medication, or some tests.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
